These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the websites (www.japantech.ventures and en.japantech.ventures, collectively the “Websites”) operated by Japan Tech Ventures Inc. (the “Company”).

5. Access from the EEA (European Economic Area)

The Websites are not intended to provide services to residents of the EEA, and use or access from the EEA is not intended.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Websites, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
