Japan Tech Ventures Limited, in collaboration with Innovation Dojo Japan LLC, has launched a trial mentoring service to promote open innovation among Japanese companies. This service is part of the Black Belt series and is scheduled to launch next year.

The first step of the renovation of our apartment in Tomakomai City, Japan, for the exploration and proof of concept of new ways of working for companies, startups, and small and medium-sized enterprises in rural areas, has been completed. We will continue to work towards unique utilization.
We plan to focus on workation and dual life in the second phase and beyond. Stay tuned!

We have started renovating an apartment in Tomakomai City, Hokkaido, which we acquired in May 2023 for experimental work on working styles in local areas for companies, startups, and small and medium-sized enterprises. We aim to start operation within 2023.
Tomakomai City is adjacent to Chitose City, where a major semiconductor manufacturer is constructing a factory. The city is expected to develop in the future.
